Rainforest of Tears

wow. two deviations in one day! tsk3...each i let a tear or two shed.

again, i don't think it's one of my bests. >_<
i do feel numb right now...

inspiration: as usual...the one behind almost all my poems. 11 out of 21 poems was inspired by one person.

to my inspiration: how can i not be emo(tional) when you're the one who's making me emo(tional)? how can i not be sad when you're the one who's making me sad?

The flame of my love for you
Had finally died out.
It's good, my mind would see it;
It's everything you could ever ask for.

Not because of unrequited love;
Love you did give me.
Am I the only one who stands up for it?
It seems you've backed down.

I thought you understood,
You said it was okay.
You made me believed it.
I thought it's fine loving you this way.

I was elated, in fact
That you acknowledged my love
But the weather changed--
Happened faster than lightning.

Your acknowledgment gone,
Vanished before me
And here I am now
Soaked by my own tears.

So burdened, so confused.
Why did I let myself get fooled?
My empathy shattered,
Numbness in the the rain forest of tears.

But still, I don't think it's your fault.
I don't suppose, because I love you so.

FOADS: the title my friends and i gave to ourselves. and you guys don't want to know what it truly means. but we go for the alibi, For Our Asian Development Services. ;D

i couldn't sleep. i was topsy-turvy for like 3hours and couldn't sleep. i was thinking, honestly. and i came up with that.

question for y'all readers: do i sound "controlling"? T_T

GO AWAY! I don't want YOU anywhere near me, as much as possible a mile radius is the closest distance YOU can ever be. This goes with my friends. Especially my FOADS. Don't YOU even dare coming anywhere near them. Not even talking or chatting with them. Just please GO AWAY. T_T

To deserve this
I think not.
Too much for me
Is really too much.

Taking away a candy
From an innocent child
As awful as like this
I really do feel.

Not one but two
Did this unruly thing;
Blocking away the only lane
Between me and my friends.

I am hurting
Don't you see?
I need my outlets
So give way please

Do I have to wait much longer?
I've been waiting all my life
For a miracle to finally come
That I'd be with them again.

Lead me to the land of tears;

I'm really tired of WAITING for them to apologize. ugh. If I could, I would totally hit them with all my might. Then again, that isn't enough for how much the hurt they inflicted on me.
